The Chamber of Commerce is offering a Lunch + Learn for you!
The Customer Service Lunch + Learn will be held on Wednesday, November 15th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sulphur Springs Country Club. Lunch will be provided on behalf of the Sulphur Springs Country Club. This Lunch + Learn will focus on the importance of customer service as we head into the holiday season.
The speaker for the Lunch + Learn is Thomas Montgomery, MHA, MBA; National Director of Community Outreach & Education.
- He will speak on improving customer service in the following ways:
Define “customer” and “customer service” - Understand 8 effective communication skills that your employees need to know (and use consistently)
- Understand (and avoid) 11 barriers to effective communication
- Develop and maintain good customer service standards within your business
