“We are thrilled to introduce you to Nonna Faye’s Italian Kitchen, a heartfelt tribute to Chef Roger’s beloved mother, affectionately known as “Nonna Faye.” Her love and influence are woven into the very fabric of our restaurant, showcased by our many cherished decorations. Nonna Faye’s spirit is always present; you can even see her roaming the restaurant from time to time!
As a family-owned and operated establishment, we are dedicated to bringing you a dining experience that feels like home. Our commitment to fresh ingredients and quality dishes shines through in every meal we serve. Each 12-inch pizza is crafted using Stanislaus Alta Cucina plum tomatoes from a family farm in California, paired with Caputo 00 flour imported from Italy. Our dough undergoes a meticulous 48-hour fermentation process, resulting in the perfect crust that we hope will delight your taste buds!
We encourage everyone to eat fresh and LOCAL! The Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County community has showered us with support, and we want to give back the same. When you choose to dine out, choose to eat local!
